Talent Acquisition Specialist

Apex Service Partners is seeking a hybrid Talent Acquisition Specialist to help attract, engage, and hire top talent across our operations in Hawaii and Washington. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source qualified candidates, and create an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through onboarding. This position reports directly to the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager and works closely with branch leadership to support hiring initiatives across the business.

Responsibilities include managing full-cycle recruiting for trade, office, and leadership positions, posting and managing job openings within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates through multiple recruiting channels, partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies, building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, ensuring an efficient, positive, and engaging candidate experience, assisting with recruiting forecasts and workforce planning, tracking recruiting metrics and providing reporting to leadership, supporting employer branding through social media, community outreach, and recruiting events, helping strengthen recruiting processes and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and representing Apex Service Partners professionally within the local community while building relationships with schools, trade programs, military organizations, and industry partners.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, 1+ years of recruiting experience in corporate recruiting or a staffing agency, experience recruiting within the skilled trades, construction, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, home services, restoration, or related industries is a PLUS!, experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms, strong communication and relationship-building skills, highly organized with excellent time management, comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated with a positive attitude and collaborative mindset.

Physical requirements include the ability to remain seated or standing for extended periods, may require travel between office locations, recruiting events, or community outreach activities, ability to drive as needed, position is hybrid. Monthly local travel is required. Candidate must live in Hawaii or Washington State.

Pay transparency: The hourly pay opportunity for this role ranges $70K-$80K DOE (Performance Bonus Opportunity). The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
