Salary: $37,440 - 62,400 per year
Requirements:
- College degree with a computer science focus is highly preferred
- SQL knowledge and prior programming experience, gained through education or work
- 1-2 years of directly related help desk experience is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present effectively and facilitate conversations at all levels
- Solid consultative, customer-focused service skills
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint
- 2 years of technical support experience
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer support calls and gather details through probing questions
- Manage support cases in our JIRA-based ticketing system
- Keep customers updated regularly while tickets are being resolved
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout support interactions
- Maintain a professional manner at all times
- Use SQL frequently to extract and manipulate data from customer databases
- Complete light scripting and programming tasks as assigned
- Develop a basic understanding of our business goals and how our software supports them
