About the role :

The Technical Operator is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex technical systems and equipment to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure optimal performance of machinery and systems in a production or technical environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Operate and monitor production machinery, equipment, and technical systems.
• Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on electronic, mechanical, and software-controlled equipment.
• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability.
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize system performance.
• Document maintenance activities, system issues, and resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Train junior operators and provide technical guidance as needed.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.
