Position Overview :

RTX is looking for a candidate to manage the collaboration AI / Microsoft Copilot technical program at RTX. The ideal candidate will have experience with the M365 collaboration suite and be passionate about AI. The candidate will lead the Copilot technical strategy and team enabling AI benefits across RTX.

What You Will Do :

• Define and execute enterprise-wide strategy for Copilot adoption at RTX
• Develop and drive 3 year roadmap
• Establish governance framework for responsible AI use, data privacy and compliance
• Collaborate with Legal, Global Trade, and Cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance
• Lead the rollout of Copilot tools and features across business units
• Develop personas and uses cases for maximum productivity impact
• Establish citizen development model
• Ensure the Copilot release adheres to MSFT and industry best practices
• Define KPIs and success criteria for Copilot usage
• Monitor usage analytics and create reports
• Releasing and managing collaboration AI at the enterprise scale

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
