Essential Functions :
- HR Manager for Learning and Development team 50%
Learning Program Development :
Develop and implement IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
Lead and oversee major programs and initiatives related to IT product delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Supervisory Responsibilities - 50% of Role :
