Key Responsibilities
Review and update technical recommendations for accuracy and quality standards
Collaborate with teams to author and publish technical content and maintain onboarding documentation
Track content quality metrics and incorporate customer feedback into documentation improvements
Required Qualifications
8-10 years of overall experience in technical writing or a related field
5 years of experience with technical writing and content development
3 years of hands-on experience with GitHub and cloud technologies
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as English, Communications, or Technical Writing
Portfolio of writing samples demonstrating technical complexity and clarity
