Description

Verily is seeking a passionate user experience designer to help design a wide variety of solutions for clinical research operations. We're looking for a candidate who excels at systems-level thinking and service design, and who can collaborate across different teams to deliver easy-to-understand and motivating experiences.

As part of the Platform Enterprise team, you will collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and data scientists to solve some of the biggest challenges in clinical research. You will drive the end-to-end design process for a mix of projects, from discovery through to detailed execution, with the opportunity to distill complex problems into simple, beautiful, and powerful user experiences.

This role is part of Verilys UX team, a highly-collaborative group of designers, researchers, and content strategists dedicated to building Verilys Precision Health Platform and tools for professionals in healthcare and life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver delightful user experiences for Verilys Clinical Trials Management System, creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs to communicate concepts effectively.
• Identify new opportunities, translating user needs and business goals into compelling user experiences, and iterating designs based on feedback and metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, researchers, and content designers to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
• Contribute to the broader UX practice by participating in design critiques, and supporting company-wide design initiatives and activities.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into the design workflows.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000 - $162,000 + bonus + benefits. Salary ranges are role, level, and location-dependent. Your recruiter can share specific details during the hiring process.
