We are looking for a people person to join our team full-time. Hours include : Monday through Friday afternoon / evening and rotational Saturday’s.
If you are someone that shares our love for dogs and cats, AND can provide exceptional customer service we would be a great match! Ideally you are also someone who will enjoy learning and growing professionally within our practice.
Our hospital needs a highly motivated individual who is able to multi-task and is extremely detail oriented. You must be self-motivated, professional, articulate, organized, and focused on going above and beyond to help our clients.
We provide a very high level of individualized customer service to our clients and want to bring someone on board who can assist in a variety of roles and make our clients and their pets feel valued.
Daily tasks will include :
- Answering the phone
- Checking, responding to, and sorting emails
- Checking clients / patients in and out
- Scheduling appointments appropriately
- Maintaining medical records properly and legally
- Filling medications
- Cleaning
You must have exceptional communication skills and a strong attention to detail.

Required education :
High school or equivalent
Required experience :
- Previous client care experience in the veterinary field is a plus but not required
