We specialize in acting as a developer and Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) contractor with significant experience both working with subcontractor partners and self-performing construction activities.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR EEP
- Persons whose primary residence is in an equity investment-eligible community.
- Persons who are graduates of the foster care system.
- Persons who were formerly incarcerated.
- Graduate of a FEJA Solar Pipeline Training Program.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and organized records related to labor compliance, including employee files, documentation, and reports.
- Monitor and track compliance with employment standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during labor compliance audits. Ensure that all necessary documentation is available and accurate.
- Stay informed about changes in labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Conduct research to ensure the organization remains compliant.
- Coordinate with local union representatives and subcontractors to collect certified payroll reports, compile, and submit in report format.
- Maintain project apprenticeship requirements and track on going progress.
- Miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned.

Education / Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
