We are looking for a payroll assistant / accountant with a background in the industrial or mechanical sectors.The Role* Efficiently and accurately handle payroll duties for over 150 employees* Generate reports, manage spreadsheets, and furnish data to the CFO upon request* Administer and update payroll and HR database systems* Conduct audits and manage payroll expenses* Handle Certified Payrolls, Compliance Reporting, and Union reports* Proficiently manage high-volume payroll processing· Managing personnel files, records management· Learn and become proficient in all accounting practices our other officesThe Candidate5 years of payroll experience.
