Classic Collision is looking for an experienced Regional Office Manager to oversee our Florida market. This Regional Office Manager will support Regional Office Managers and Area VPs with operational & accounting needs while ensuring regulatory and company standards are upheld.

This position requires travel of up to 50% throughout themarket.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with General Managers and Office Managers on day-to-day tasks
  • Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are being followed.
  • Assist region with CCC1 program and management system needs and updates.
  • Provide Administrative support to Operations team including General Managers and Regions Managers.
  • Manage and reconcile invoices provided by internal team.
  • Provide and analyze end of month reports.
  • Assist Regions and AVPs with weekly Credit Reports
  • Verify and submit Check requests
  • Process and maintain warranty ROs
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age required
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • High school diploma or GED required, preferred Associate degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
  • Minimum 4 to 6 years of Administrative Office Assistant experience and Customer Service experience. Automotive / Collision Repair or similar industry experience preferred.
  • Proficient knowledge of CCC1 program and management system
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and some working knowledge of Microsoft Teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of administrative functions including. A / P, A / R, payroll.
  • Ability to perform efficiently in fast paced environment and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills while paying attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills required.
  • Professional, Personable and a friendly demeanor with exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers

Physical & Environmental

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use their hands and is required to talk and hear.

The employee is frequently required to stand, sit, and walk occasionally for long periods at a time. The employee may occasionally be required to reach with hands, and arms and move objects up to 20 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.In addition, abilities for assessing the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned are required.
