Job Details :
Important : this is anapplication sustain / support position not a development one. Therewill be no development activities but enhancement activities forexisting reports.
We are seeking an application sustain / migration specialist to sustain multiple Fraudapplications.
Duties :
Able to read andwrite queries in SAS Database Queries (SQL Snowflake) forsustain / migration activities related to existing reports and newrequirements.
Create manage and participate in changerequests and incidents (i.e. trouble tickets) for infrastructureand application changes and issues for supportedapplications.
Monitor and troubleshoot supportedapplication jobs configurations performanceetc.
Participate in Platform migrationactivities.
Manage and resolve applicationvulnerabilities.
Perform Data migration activities andassist as needed.
Create application monitoringconfigurations (tracking alerts etc.).
Able to participatescrum meetings and use Jira and Agile Kanban to handle user storiesand issues.
Work with Client technical teams on changerequests and incidents to deliver on business goals resolvevulnerabilities troubleshoot etc.
Work with Clientbusiness teams to determine technical requirements for businessgoals.

MandatoryExperience :
4 years performing application sustain / support migration activities for technologies such as Snowflake SASand including change management incident management monitoring andtroubleshooting.
PreferredExperience :
4 years of workingexperience
Experience working in SAS modules such as BaseSAS Adv. SAS.
Experience automating manualprocesses.
Experience writing and running SQL queriesusing an RDBMS such as Oracle Snowflake and exposure to Linuxscheduling tools.
