While most Recruiters are specific to a niche (i.e. Information Technology), Kelaca believes that our Client is our Niche ! Once we know what type of candidate is going to work best for our client in terms of culture fit and the required knowledge / skills / abilities we have internal Talent Advisors that are focused across our six divisions : Information Technology, Engineering, Marketing / Creative, Financial / Accounting, Healthcare / Scientific, and Executive / C-Suite

Kelaca works with our selected client partners to develop customized people solutions, offering candidates as contract employees, contract-to-hire conversions and / or direct hire placements.

We opened our Headquarters in Raleigh-Durham, NC in 2012 and are quickly becoming recognized for our unique approach, positive reputation and outstanding results.

We are expanding to multiple new markets and need the Right People in the Right Seats to lead us into the future of Kelaca.

Position Overview :

Kelaca is looking for a proven Executive Director of Client Operations for our internal team. The Executive Director of Client Operations’ primary responsibility is to oversee the selection, training, development and overall management of our internal team of Client Advisors, ultimately focused on helping them achieve their quarterly and annual goals.

Daily Responsibilities :

  • Work on client partner requirements with the primary focus on helping and supporting our internal team of Client Advisors to successfully complete the following responsibilities :
  • Development of new territories and client partners, focused on selling Kelaca service offerings
  • Account Management of currently active client partners and their ongoing requirements
  • Penetration of current client partners, constantly focused on diversifying our services with new client partners and within existing client partners
  • Managing existing and new Sales Leads, focused on building Kelaca’s base of client partners
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director of Talent Operations to manage daily Req Board and req prioritization
  • Enforce Crelate documentation and integrity to help drive KPIs for our internal team of Client Advisors, provide constructive feedback on how to address any challenges or concerns
  • Build and maintain productive working relationships with the Talent Team to create the necessary collaboration to deliver quality candidates for our clients in a timely manner
  • Proactively manage relationships with current vendor partners as well as research emerging tools and technology to assist our internal team of Client Advisors
  • Develop training and skill workshops for our internal team of Client Advisors, leading sessions as necessary
  • Oversee and conduct Quarterly Catch-Up and Kick-Off discussions for our internal team of Client Advisors

Required Qualifications :

We are open to candidates from within the Staffing & Recruiting industry who desire to work for an organization with a defined sales process and a customer focused culture, we are also completely open to good salespeople from other industries, particularly those with strong connections in our target markets.

The required attributes we are targeting are :

  • Demonstrated mastery of the Client Game, or equivalent experience
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate a high-performing Client Advisor team
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
  • In addition, the preferred attributes of a successful candidate are :
  • Impeccable work ethic, doing what it takes to get the job done right for our client partners, our consultants and our internal team
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), organizational skills, time management skills, and overall desire to deal with people
  • Desire to be a part of and lead a team, putting the goals of the team and overall company before themselves
