Compensation : $110,000 - $150,000

Responsibilities :
- Manage a full case load from initial drafting of pleadings to trial.
- Conduct discovery
- Conduct depositions
- Draft motions and pleadings
- Conduct thorough legal research
- Write legal arguments precisely and persuasively
- Interact directly with client and provide sound legal advise
- Court room advocacy- attending scheduling conferences, pre-trial conferences and trials.
Qualifications :
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Maryland
- Have at least 3 years of litigation experience preferably in family law
- Pleasant and courteous
- Ability to multi-task with ease and flexibility
- Ability to work as an integral part of a team
- Ability to work independently
