Our corporate office is growing and we are looking for a Director Of Programming to focus on a new branch of our business called StrongerLife. / ppWHO WE ARE : StrongerLife is a fitness gym designed specifically for the needs of people 55+ adults. Created by Physical Therapists and led by Professional Coaches, our program focuses building strength, endurance, balance, and cognitive health in a supportive community - we offer Group Classes and Personal Training. The Director Of Programming is responsible for developing group fitness and personal training curriculum to be delivered in StrongerLife centers across the U.S. and Canada. This leader will be responsible for continuously improving and evolving programming to i) incorporate the latest in clinical evidence on topics of relevance to 50+ active aging, ii) adapt to competitive and market trends, and iii) incorporate member and coach programming feedback. In addition to developing programming, this role will manage the dissemination of programming content throughout the StrongerLife Network along with training to prepare coaches working in StrongerLife Centers to deliver great classes.
