Job description

Leadership Development Program 2027

Join Axon and be a Force for Good.

At Axon, we're on a mission to Protect Life. We're explorers, pursuing society's most critical safety and justice issues with our ecosystem of devices and cloud software. Like our products, we work better together. We connect with candor and care, seeking out diverse perspectives from our customers, communities and each other. Life at Axon is fast-paced, challenging and meaningful. Here, you'll take ownership and drive real change. Constantly grow as you work hard for a mission that matters at a company where you matter.

LAUNCH A CAREER THAT CHANGES THE WORLD

Axon's Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a highly selective, two-year rotational experience at one of the world's fastest-growing publicly traded technology companies. Built for ambitious graduates who want to solve meaningful problems, work directly with senior leaders, and accelerate their careers, the LDP is designed to identify, develop, and empower Axon's next generation of leaders.

WHO IS AXON?

Every day, millions of people rely on Axon's technology to make communities safer and more accountable. From AI-powered evidence management and body-worn cameras to drones and virtual reality training, we're building technology that protects lives and helps shape the future of public safety.

Axon is the industry leader in public safety technology, including body-worn cameras, TASER energy weapons, sensors, drones, virtual reality, and digital evidence management. Our mission is to Protect Life, Preserve Truth and Accelerate Justice through innovations in hardware and software.

Led by CEO and Founder Rick Smith's lifelong commitment to making the world safer, Axon launched its Moonshot goal in 2022: to cut gun-related deaths between police and the public by 50% in 10 years.

THE LDP EXPERIENCE

Axon's Leadership Development Program places high-potential early-career talent in leadership-track roles across the company. Designed for individuals who are eager to gain broad business exposure in a high-growth technology environment, the LDP gives participants the opportunity to tackle high-impact challenges, influence decisions, and help shape Axon's future.

Join a cohort of 15+ participants with diverse experiences, backgrounds, and perspectives

Complete 35 rotations over two years, with flexibility to co-create your experience based on your skills, interests, and career goals

Own meaningful work from day one, partnering with senior leaders to solve complex business challenges

Lead high-priority projects across areas such as product strategy, go-to-market execution, operational scale, financial analysis, corporate development, and customer impact

Build your rotational experience across functions such as Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Strategy & Operations, Finance, Corporate Development/M&A, People Operations, Investor Relations, and product-focused teams across Axon's hardware, software, AI, VR, and public safety technology portfolio

Receive mentorship from an extensive network of LDP alumni and senior leaders, including Axon President Josh Isner

Participate in LDP-specific programming, including panels, speaker sessions, mentorship, and leadership development opportunities

Build a strong peer and company network through cohort experiences and community-building events, including access to the Axon Suite at Phoenix Suns and Boston Celtics NBA games and select concerts

Upon successful completion of the program, graduates are well-positioned for high-impact, leadership-track roles across Axon

QUALIFICATIONS

Currently pursuing a bachelor's or graduate degree, with an expected graduation date by June 2027

Demonstrated leadership experience in school, work, athletics, research, entrepreneurship, or the community

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
