We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warranty Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating all warranty-related activities for mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping installations. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, technical understanding of mechanical systems, and a customer-service mindset to ensure timely and accurate resolution of warranty claims.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and process warranty claims for HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems installed in commercial and industrial projects.
- Maintain and update warranty logs, including tracking of warranty periods, start-up dates, and claim statuses.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel regarding warranty issues.
- Review and interpret equipment submittals, O&M manuals, and manufacturer warranties to determine claim validity.
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians or subcontractors to address warranty-related issues.
- Document all communications, repairs, and resolutions in internal systems.
- Ensure all required documentation (pictures, reports, claim forms) is collected and submitted accurately.
- Follow up with manufacturers and suppliers to resolve warranty disputes or obtain replacements.
- Support project closeout process by compiling and distributing warranty packages to clients.
