  • Act as a resource for in-house Adventure Specialist and Guest Services colleagues regarding trip-specific information such as itinerary, hotel, meal or transportation details, travel documents, etc.
  • May assist with the research and development of new itineraries or programs.
  • May include the management of vendor or partner relationships and/or invoices.
  • This is a collaborative team role that includes supporting/backing up Trip Owners as needed.
  • May assist in the planning and execution of training retreats locally and around the world.
  • The position may include other responsibilities and opportunities not listed above

Skills And Qualifications

  • Previous experience in logistics and data management preferred.
  • Travel industry experience is not required but a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Computer database experience preferred.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and manage tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Able to self-manage, take initiative, and offer solutions.
  • College degree preferred.

Compensation

Starting salary range: $60,000 - $63,000 plus annual bonus. Compensation will be commensurate with experience. (Per Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, employers must include compensation ranges in job postings.) This is a full-time, exempt position.

This role includes a comprehensive benefits package with medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k)-retirement plan; generous paid time off; and paid holidays. Additional perks include annual opportunities for paid travel on Nat Hab adventures, complimentary stays at our Colorado mountain house, access to The Nest, significant discounts with partner travel companies, and pro-deal pricing on outdoor gear. Our Louisville, Colorado office also offers scenic trails, an on-site fitness facility, and a caf serving daily breakfast, lunch, and locally roasted coffee. Benefits are subject to change at the company's discretion.

Location And Travel

This position offers a hybrid schedule and requires in-person attendance at our Louisville, Colorado office at least 50% of the workweek. This position also requires two to four weeks of travel annually to meet the needs of the role. This location and travel policy is subject to change at the company's discretion.
