Job Title: Full Stack Java/Angular Developer

Job Description:
As a Full Stack Java/Angular Developer, you will lead and contribute to the design, development, and delivery of highly scalable, reliable, and secure applications that support high volume, consumer facing systems. You will work closely with architecture and platform teams, advocate for engineering excellence and Agile practices, and help guide technical teams to deliver high quality solutions aligned with strategic technology standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support technical teams delivering scalable, reliable applications within defined budgets and timelines.
- Design and deliver secure authentication solutions for high volume transaction platforms.
- Collaborate with solution and platform architects to ensure implementations align with approved architectures.
- Advocate and uphold platform principles, development standards, and engineering best practices.
- Promote Agile methodologies to improve delivery speed, quality, and collaboration.
- Create, maintain, and enforce coding, testing, automation, and deployment standards.
- Coach and support team members across multiple development teams.
- Ensure high software quality, reliability, and maintainability across delivered solutions.
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
- Strong experience with Java and modern JavaScript frameworks, preferably Angular.
- Hands on experience developing web applications, ideally consumer facing systems.
- Experience building RESTful APIs and using Spring Cloud or similar gateway technologies.
- Expertise with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit, Karma, Cucumber, or BDD tools.
- Experience with databases such as MongoDB; PostgreSQL experience preferred.
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools for build, test, and security scanning.
- Experience with containerized deployments and cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
- Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and analytics tools like Splunk or Grafana.
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills within Agile teams.
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
