Job Title : Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves maintaining and troubleshooting industrial equipment during the night shift from Monday to Friday, 11pm to 8am. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in industrial maintenance and be comfortable working with various technical systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance troubleshooting on industrial equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve PLC issues.
- Work with electrical systems, including Three Phase systems.
- Conduct maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Repair and maintain pneumatic systems.
- Apply knowledge in fabricating, electrical, pneumatics, welding, and rigging.
- Replace mat top chains, linked chains with master links, laced belts, rubber bands for rollers, and belt applications.
- Replace bearings, shafts, rollers, and sprockets.
- Replace gearboxes and motors.
- Utilize drilling, tapping, and threading bolt hole techniques.
- Use concrete hammer drills with anchors to secure equipment.
- Operate basic hand tools and battery-operated tools such as drills, grinders, and sawzaws.
- Apply grease to lubrication points using proper tools.
- Change out V-belts for fans and work with pulley systems.
- Work on dock plates, dock doors, and hydraulic cylinders.
- Perform basic plumbing, painting, and building repair work related to facilities maintenance.
- Use tape measures for accurate readings and equipment identification.
- Replace seals and gaskets properly.
- Use torque wrenches to spec bolts and screws to the proper torque.
Work Environment
Work in a clean and climate-controlled environment, ensuring comfort and safety while performing your duties.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $68640.00 / yr.
Workplace Type
This is a fully onsite position in Garner,NC.
