The HR & Staffing Specialist supports this purpose by providing all customers with a positive impression of Crazy Shirts & Elevations and is an HR business partner for Crazy Shirts & Elevations.

Essential Job Functions

The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not necessarily limited to:

• Perform all HR functions as it relates to employee relations, duties included but not limited to: fact-finding investigations, having an open door for employee concerns/complaints, make recommendations to management team based on HR perspective, complete corrective actions in partnership with corporate HR team.
• Primary contact for employee relations issues for MD retail and operations divisions.
• Supports HR Director on new initiatives, company policy changes, policy revisions, and roll outs.
• Work with all members of MD Retail and Elevations management to recruit, post, interview, and hire candidates for open positions.
• Responsible for the new hire process for all MD Retail and Elevations warehouse needs ensure all new employees complete their paperwork via the Talentreef system, complete their I-9 and other statutory forms accurately, and create their files once paperwork is complete.
• HRIS & POS input support--including inputting all new hires into HRIS and POS systems, inputting all EIC changes, as well as terminating employees upon receipt of Notice of Termination Forms.
• Oversee all training functions of the Elevations Facility, including but not limited to; completing training needs assessments, creating training, executing training, and tracking that all training is consistently completed.
• Implement a succession plan for the Elevations facility, to stay on top of filling positions once any threat of turnover is identified.
• Recommend new recruitment strategies to improve our staffing efforts and to reduce our time to fill as it relates to vacant positions.
• Support performance review process by partnering with management team to offer feedback from an HR Standpoint, offer guidance on ratings, and ensuring timely execution of all performance reviews.
• Support benefits and open enrollment procedures by sending out materials, setting up meetings and other tasks as needed.
• Maintain confidential information relating to employees and/or company.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1 or more years of Human Resources experience required.

• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs.

• Must be a good communicator and willing to speak frequently to various types of individuals and via various communication mediumsemail, phone and in-person.

• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.

• Must be well organized with the ability to handle large volumes of paperwork.

• Must be comfortable with honest and direct communication with the ability to hold individuals to their deadlines.

Physical and Environmental Job Requirements

• Ability to sit for extended periods of time.

• Ability to look at computer screen for extended periods of time.

• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, twist, push, pull, and move items.

• Ability to maintain a composed and somewhat professional demeanor within a flexible and Crazy work environment.

• Must be able to abide by the companys Exposure Prevention, Preparedness, and Response guidelines as it relates to the spread of communicable diseases, and workplace safety; this includes use of masks (as needed and required per CDC and Company recommendations) and the ability to use cleaning supplies for cleaning and disinfection purposes.
