  • Support stakeholder communication by working with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to share updates and resolve questions.
  • Assist with estimating and bidding processes by gathering data, reviewing documents, and supporting proposal preparation as needed.
  • Contribute to successful project closeout by organizing final documentation, supporting punch list completion, and helping ensure contract requirements are met.
  • Maintain strong organization of project files and information to support efficient reporting and decision-making.
  • Communicate clearly with field teams and leadership to provide updates on schedule, documentation, and coordination activities.

Essential Skills

  • Strong experience managing RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Experience coordinating with subcontractors, Project Managers, and field teams.
  • Project management and construction management experience in a commercial environment.
  • Proficiency in RFI and submittal management, change order and cost tracking, and project coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with project stakeholders.
  • Experience with construction scheduling tools such as Primavera, MS Project, or Phoenix.
  • Experience with document management systems and construction management platforms such as Procore.
  • Experience working with architects, engineers, and subcontractors on commercial projects.
