You formulate a plan and empower your team to provide clinical expertise to healthcare providers helping them to improve patient outcomes.
As the Community Medical Liaison Director, you will be responsible for managing and developing the regional Hepatology Community Medical Liaisons (CMLS). You will be responsible to plan, organize and monitor the CML team's activities to ensure they align with the medical affairs strategies.
Y ou will have the opportunity to :
- Lead, manage, mentor, and train the CMLs, providing continuous tactical vision and guidance.
- Coordinate training, activities, communications, and professional development for field-based CMLs.
- Serve as the primary Medical Affairs contact for internal multi-disciplinary teams.
- Develop and implement 30 / 60 / 90-day Launch Plans in collaboration with GSK CML Leadership.
- Manage contract deliverables and oversee field operations of CMLs.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with GSK's US and Global Medical Affairs, Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), and clinical development teams, with a primary focus on the Hepatology portfolio.
