70,000.00 / yr - $75,000.00 / yr Quest Corporation of America is looking for an experienced, solutions-driven Drupal Web Developer to join our growing digital team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on keeping Drupal sites secure, functional, and evolving, while collaborating with a creative, high-performing group of communications professionals, designers, and project managers.

You should be someone who enjoys not just coding but also troubleshooting, optimizing, and documenting smart solutions, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do

You’ll support the ongoing development, enhancements, and maintenance of Drupal-based websites for high-impact campaigns and public-facing platforms. Your work will include :

Implementing feature enhancements and bug fixes within Drupal’s application layer Managing data syncing and integration with third-party platforms via APIs Updating and maintaining geojson and KML layers for data visualization Designing, maintaining, and testing webforms with advanced logic and accessibility in mind Supporting secure content updates, navigation changes, and live deployments Maintaining structured documentation of configurations and processes Monitoring site performance and scheduled tasks, identifying opportunities to improve uptime and speed Participating in technical support for evolving site needs from user role configurations to dynamic dashboards

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years of professional experience working in Drupal site development and maintenance Deep understanding of Drupal CMS architecture, including theming, module development, and performance optimization Strong grasp of web standards, accessibility, and responsive design best practices Hands-on experience with importing structured data, maintaining APIs, and visualizing datasets Comfortable working in Git-based environments and setting up dev / test / live environments Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and respectfully with both technical and non-technical collaborators Strong documentation habits and an eye for clean, maintainable code Self-motivated, organized, and responsive to deadlines

Key Skills And Responsibilities

Front-end Development : Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.

Back-end Development : Strong knowledge of PHP, Drupal's core and contributed modules, and experience with databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.

Drupal Expertise : Deep understanding of Drupal's architecture, theming system, module development, and API interactions.

Experience with Drupal 7, 8, 9, and 10 (11 is a bonus).

Version Control : Experience with Git and Git workflows.

Agile Development : Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working within sprint-based development cycles.

DevOps : Understanding of DevOps principles, including CI / CD pipelines, and experience with tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

Communication and Collaboration : Ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to debug and troubleshoot issues.

Security Awareness : Knowledge of web security best practices and ability to implement secure code.

Performance Optimization : Experience with optimizing website performance and ensuring efficient loading times.

Integration : Experience with integrating Drupal with third-party APIs and services.

Bonus points if you’ve worked with dashboards / portals, GIS or map integrations, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or automated deployment workflows. Seniority level
