DRCG seeks a Program Manager to oversee a program dedicated to Department of Justice (DOJ) technical consolidation across various classified components by providing continued support, development and department-wide deployment of Information Technology (IT) solutions/services at the classified level. The Program Manager will be responsible for the performance of each member of the team, project plans for implementation solutions, implement approved solutions in accordance with program standards and guidelines, and perform project management activities for software development activities.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for contract-related activities.
- Oversee technical standards and methods, and priorities.
- Coordinate the management of all work performed on tasks under the contract.
- Coordinate the efforts of subcontractors, team members, and vendors.
- Act as the central point of contact with the Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and other client officials.
- Exercise full authority to act for the company in the performance of the required work and services under all task orders. Works independently, or under the general direction of senior level company management, on all phases of performance including contract management, project/task order management, coordination of resource needs, coordination with corporate resources and management.
- Report to senior company management on contract and task performance and issues.
- Direct accountability for the technical correctness, timeliness and quality of deliverables, and the implementation and measurement of corporate and client quality standards and methodologies.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Must be a US citizen.
- Top Secret/SCI
- Broad and deep knowledge of the IT industry, business administration, and human resource management and has excellent oral and written communications skills.
- 7+ Years of relevant experience.
- Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business.
- Significant equivalent experience, training and/or certifications may be substituted in lieu of degree.
