Program Manager
This position involves overseeing the end-to-end management of complex customer programs within a global organization. The senior-level role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and the ability to drive customer success and business growth through effective program delivery. The Program Manager will act as the primary point of contact for premium clients, ensuring technology adoption, stakeholder satisfaction, and achievement of organizational objectives.
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, multi-technology customer programs.
Serve as the primary CX point-of-contact, understanding client business and technical goals to develop tailored strategies.
Manage program scope, timelines, resources, and budgets; adjust plans to accommodate changing needs.
Establish and enforce program governance frameworks to facilitate decision-making and ensure accountability.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders across various regions, providing regular updates on program status, risks, and outcomes.
Monitor and mitigate program risks, addressing issues proactively to minimize impact on deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding project managers, engineers, and architectsto ensure seamless project integration and delivery.
Drive adoption of industry best practices and foster team development through training and mentorship.
Maintain strong relationships with senior management, providing strategic insights and progress reports.
Assess program impacts, identify improvement opportunities, and implement process enhancements to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.
Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of project/program management experience or Master's degree with 8+ years.
PMP certification required; Agile certification preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of customer-facing experience managing complex, multi-technology programs.
Proven ability to collaborate with external partners and customer teams.
Proficiency in program management tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong understanding of financial and performance reporting, risk management, and procurement processes.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence skills.
Ability to work independently within a matrix organization, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and the applicable local language.
$80.00 $87.00 Hourly
