This role contributes directly to the objective of streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and sustaining mission-ready performance by ensuring personnel receive accurate, current, and effective instruction. The instructor plays a key part in maintaining compliance, supporting continuous improvement, and adapting training content as requirements evolve.

RESPONSIBILITIES The Technical Instructor/Course Developer is responsible for creating, revising, and maintaining technical curriculum that supports integrated product support activities across the product lifecycle. Training content may cover areas such as electronics, welding, equipment operation, system maintenance, or other specialized technical subjects. The instructor uses computer-based tools to organize and develop curriculum, break down complex topics into structured learning modules, create supporting graphics, and integrate materials into instructor-led, computer-based, simulator-based, or interactive courses.
