Job descriptionEnsure interviews are conducted with the highest level of quality, administering each survey without falsification of data or bias. Perform_padding survey research using proper interviewing techniques and adhering to strict methodologies and guidelines. Meet assigned quota for survey collection. Record respondent answers with 100% accuracy, including typing verbal responses to survey questions. Promote extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests; answer questions, offer information, and provide assistance courteously. Understand and demonstrate proper use of safety practices, ensuring department standards and park-wide safety policies are upheld. Maintain a safe, secure environment for team members and guests of all ages, following all company guidelines and protocols. Identify, de?escalate, and resolve conflicts or disturbances professionally to maintain a positive atmosphere. Provide a positive, welcoming experience for guests while maintaining composure during difficult interactions. Maintain a high level of trust and integrity to promote a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues. Perform other duties as assigned. Must be 18 years old or older. High school diploma or GED. Customer service experience. Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods. Must regularly lift and / or move up to 25 lbs, frequently with assistance. The noise level is generally moderate to high. Team members work in various weather conditions, including heat, sun exposure, cold, and inclement weather; work may be almost exclusively outdoors depending on the assigned location. Must be available to work at least 4 days per week throughout peak seasons, including rotations of mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. $_values per hour
