Project Overview
Client is undertaking a large-scale rebuild of its corporate website using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). As part of this initiative, the organization is expanding its delivery team to support the coordination and execution of a high volume of digital initiatives tied to the new platform.
The Web Project Manager will play a key role in managing numerous digital and content-driven projects within the broader website transformation program. This role is focused primarily on operational project management rather than deep technical development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a large portfolio of digital projects as part of the company's website rebuild initiative.
- Coordinate the execution of high-volume digital and content marketing projects, often managing 1,000+ independent initiatives.
- Oversee project timelines, task coordination, and operational workflows related to digital content production and delivery.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Track project progress and maintain organization across multiple concurrent digital initiatives.
- Support operational project management processes within the broader web transformation program.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing a high volume of digital projects (1,000+ independent initiatives).
- Strong understanding of digital and content marketing workflows.
- Experience managing digital initiatives rather than event-based projects or physical product launches.
- Background working on large-scale digital initiatives or website programs.
Technical & Soft Skills
Technical / Platform Experience
- Aprimo (highly preferred)
- Workfront (acceptable equivalent)
Operational & Project Skills
- Digital project management
- Content marketing workflow management
- Coordination of high-volume project portfolios
- Operational project oversight
Professional Background
- Experience working as a project manager within digital agencies or similar environments.
