Project Planner/Scheduler

You will play a crucial role in the Information Technology Lifecycle Support (SCITLS) Program Office.
Track, analyze, and report schedule performance against baseline plans, ensuring alignment with contractual cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives.
Conduct risk analysis for schedules to identify dependencies and mitigate potential delays, recommending strategies to keep the program on track.
Collaborate with program leadership, subcontractors, engineers, and business teams to optimize task prioritization and ensure delivery of program milestones.
Create and deliver comprehensive reports and briefings to stakeholders, including government representatives and cross-functional teams.
Support business development and proposal efforts by developing schedules, resource plans, and program artifacts.
Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices, tools, and methodologies in schedule management.

Education: Bachelors degree or 4+ years of additional work experience/education in lieu of a degree
Experience: 3+ years of project scheduling experience
Technical skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
US citizenship required Secret Clearance is required
Preferred requirements: Proficiency with PowerBI, Excel PowerQuery and Macros
Location: Hybrid--Must be able to go to Offutt Air Base, Nebraska 3+ days a week

The likely salary range for this position is $89,250 - $120,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
