Senior Distance / eLearning Program Specialist Position Summary DarkStar Intelligence, LLC is seeking a Senior Distance / E-Learning Instructional Systems Program Specialist to support the Defense Intelligence Agency's (DIA) Academy for Defense Intelligence (ADI) at DIA HQ on Bolling Air Force Base, Washington, DC.

The Specialist will provide e-learning instructional design, utilizing education principles, distance learning concepts, graphic design, and electronic teaching techniques to create effective online courseware for virtual classrooms.

Responsibilities include following a recognized instructional systems design process to develop plans, storyboards, and learning products and conducting tests on all e-learning courseware.

S. Citizens. Position Type : On-Site Primary Duties and Responsibilities : Design and formulate state-of-the-art training materials utilizing both the Systems Approach to Training (SAT) and Instructional Systems Design (ISD) processes.

Determine training objectives and recommend optimal methods to conduct the training. Implement the Instructional Systems Design (ISD) process alongside the Systems Approach to Training (SAT).

Engage in the development and application of distance learning procedures, including educational and training technology design.

Minimum Qualifications : An active Top Secret (TS) clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility is essential.

A Bachelor's Degree is required. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in working with Department of Defense (DoD) training programs.

A Master's Degree may replace 5 years of this experience requirement. Proficiency in DoD processes and terminology is mandatory.

Familiarity with tools such as Blackboard, Adobe Captivate, and other Learning Management Systems (LMS) development tools is necessary.
