We are actively seeking a Global Compensation Analyst. This role can be based anywhere in the US (remote).

Position Summary

The Global Compensation Analyst is responsible for the oversight and execution of day-to-day compensation activities related to the implementation, communication and administration of global compensation programs.

This support includes, but is not limited to, job evaluation and design, market pricing and compensation benchmarking, analysis and implementation of compensation programs, practices, and policies.

This role will also support our corporate equity programs that includes stock options and restricted stock units.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serves as the primary resource for day-to-day administration of salary structure design and maintenance, including the maintenance of job codes, pay grades, titles and pay ranges.
  • Manages and maintains the job and salary architecture and works with the HR Operations team to ensure HRIS system is set up to maintain structures.
  • Manages the salary survey benchmarking and participation process. Completes annual market and salary survey submissions and conducts ad-hoc salary market studies as needed.
  • Analyzes internal and external salary data, completes job evaluations, and recommends grade levels and job titles for new jobs or reclassified jobs in accordance with established company structure and guidelines.
  • Manages and administers the quarterly bonus programs.
  • Assists in the administration and day to day activities of the Company’s corporate equity programs that includes stock options and restricted stock units.
  • Work with E*Trade to process transactions in compliance with US and international rules and regulations.
  • Partners with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and other HR team members to provide compensation support services to the business.
  • Conducts pay equity analysis, regression analysis, and makes recommendations for merit adjustments.
  • Completes total compensation and base pay increase proposal reviews to ensure alignment with company policies, guidelines, internal and external competitiveness, and to ensure compliance with applicable legal and fiscal regulations.
  • Assists with the design, redesign, assessment, and roll out of compensation programs.
  • Works with the Manager to ensure compensation plans remain in compliance with applicable federal and state statues and completes audits, communications, amendments, and plan documents.
  • Prepares and maintains compensation-specific reports, verifies accuracy, and distributes as appropriate.
  • Support internal and external auditing requirements for quarterly reviews, year-end audits, and SOX audits of procedures and controls as needed.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5+ years of compensation analysis experience, including equity programs.
  • Compensation analysis experience in a global work environment preferred.
  • Experience with Radford and Mercer salary survey submissions, market pricing and job evaluations
  • Experience in the Technology Industry a plus.
  • An active Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Certified Compensation Specialist (CCP) certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of the legal and regulatory requirements for compensation programs and plans.

Skills

  • Ability to perform well within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment that requires working on multiple projects at once, without compromising quality and service levels.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills for modeling, market benchmarking and job evaluation.
  • Must be able to work independently, have exceptional organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality regarding employee information.
  • Ability to interface with all levels internally and externally.
  • Advanced Excel skills required.
