Online Travel Specialist (REMOTE)
Exciting Remote Travel Booking Opportunity Are you a motivated individual looking for an exciting work-from-home opportunity?
We're offering a chance to join our team as an Online Travel Specialist. No prior experience is required we'll provide comprehensive training! Core Responsibilities : Provide exceptional customer service, offering concierge-level support to travelers from start to finish.
Respond promptly to telephone, email inquiries, and online travel submissions. Research and book a wide range of travel options, including airfare, hotels, tours, and ground transportation, both domestically and internationally.
Collaborate with top suppliers like Expedia, Universal Studios, Princess Cruises, Avis, Delta, and more. Familiarize yourself with various web-based booking engines and travel resources.
Calculate pricing and cost adjustments for changes or additional trip fees. Issue e-tickets and process credit card payments over the phone.
Qualifications : No prior experience is necessary we'll provide comprehensive training. Outstanding customer service skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Excellent organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
