Position Overview

The Management Assistant is a self-starter, utilizing theirproject management and organizational expertise to provide administrative supportto our Regional Management Team in North America.

This person will act as apartner and liaison for multiple business units across the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Schedule and manage complex meetings and travelschedules across time zones.
  • Draft internal and external correspondence, such asmemos, agendas, and reports.
  • Attend and participate in meetings as requested;prepare notes, reports and presentations for internal stakeholders andexecutive leadership.
  • General administrative tasks as needed (expensereports, calendar scheduling, data entry, etc.).
  • Prioritize multiple requests for Regional ManagementTeam's time, applying strong decision-making skills in handling priorityof requests and finding resolution.
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate various meetingagendas, functions, and events.
  • Quickly understand and flex with evolving prioritiesof our Regional Management Team.

Requirements

  • 3-5 yearsof administrative or executive support experience.
  • Excellentproject management and organizational skills.
  • Excellenttime management skills : proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Abilityto effectively communicate orally and in written form.
  • Abilityto partner with other teams for a common goal.
  • Strongcommand of the English language
  • Advancedskills in excel.
  • Experiencecreating detailed reports and presentations.
  • Strongskills using Office Suite for reporting and presentation purposes (Word,Excel, Powerpoint, etc.).
  • Experiencemanaging complex travel and meeting schedules.
  • Experienceorganizing and managing expense reports on behalf of others.
  • Canpartner effectively with all employees and external stakeholders whileconveying a positive, mission-driven, and service-oriented attitude.
  • Assistwith event planning as needed.

Education

Bachelors Degree required.
