Action Behavior Centers is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for individuals with autism. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Centralized BCBA Interviewer.
This remote position will play a crucial role in collaborating with our Regional and Recruitment teams to identify and select the best clinical staff of BCBAs for our organization.
What You'll Do :
- Conduct Interviews : Conduct thorough and insightful interviews with BCBA candidates to assess their clinical skills, experience, and alignment with Action Behavior Centers' values.
- Collaborate with Regional Teams : Work closely with our Regional Teams to understand specific regional needs, preferences, and requirements for BCBA positions.
- Evaluate Clinical Competence : Assess the clinical competence of BCBA candidates, ensuring they meet the high standards set by Action Behavior
- Create Strategies with Market Leaders and Director of Clinical Talent for BCBA interviewing experiences
What We Look For
- 3+ years of BCBA experience, preferably in leadership
- Experience interviewing BCBAs
- Experience partnering with Regional Leadership and talent advisors
- Experience solving complex problems, designing creative strategies, and delivering impact as a leader.
