Job Details
- Engage in high-level work involving mergers, acquisitions, and more within a supportive team setting.
- Must have 8+ years of experience in corporate law, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and complex contract work.
- Strong work ethic, detail orientation, and a desire to lead project teams.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills are essential.
- A superior academic background is required.
- Must be committed to providing extraordinary client service and ready for significant client / matter responsibility.
