For more information, visit Job SummaryThe Training Manager creates, develops, and drives training initiatives, and will be responsible for effective development, coordination and presentation of all management training initiatives.
This role will be responsible for partnering closely with Field HR and Operations teams across Chartwells K12 to analyze training needs, develop curriculum, and execute and facilitate training courses within the Core business.
Key Responsibilities : Consults, translates, and assesses people development needs into effective training solutionsUpdates training solutions to reflect changes in laws, company processes and policies, business needs, etc.
Facilitates training courses and drives associate participationDevelops and implements effective training solutions through instructional design standards and adult learning methodologiesEnsures consistent and effective implementation of learning and development platforms across the countryPartners with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to drive innovative training solutions that impact business metrics and organizational effectivenessPlans and promotes training solutions based on fiscal year strategyManages logistics and communications for training solutions by acting as a Global Facilitator on the company's Learning Management System (LMS)Prioritizes reporting and evaluation to ensure the effectiveness and impact of learning and drives continuous improvementSupports the organization's learning architecture, analyzes gaps, and connects them to existing corporate learning solutionsTracks and manages ROI impact across learning solutions and evolves methodology based on new trends and technologiesDrives project management for training deliverables, including multiple project oversight and detained project execution Preferred Qualifications : Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience3 to 5 years of Training / Organizational Development experience and curriculum development / instructional design are highly preferredPerformance and behavioral-based coaching certifications are a plusKnowledge of adult learning principles and learning evaluationAbility to create training materials, e.
g.
