Bookkeeper / Office Manager Our client has an immediate need for a Bookkeeper / Office Manager. Responsibilities : Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable using QuickBooks.
Process payroll using 3rd party. Reconcile and control company travel expenses. Percentage complete billing Benefits administration Financial budgets.
Experience : 5 Years Minimum Experience Proven bookkeeping and accounting experience QuickBooks experience Ability to manage office staff.
