Job description
This is a full-time, in-office role supporting the design and product development process from
concept through production. This position requires a strong designer who can handle high
output, tight timelines, and real-world product execution. This position is ideal for someone
passionate about multimedia, apparel design, and sports.

What Will You Do? (Responsibilities)

● Design and produce creative assets across digital, e-commerce, social, and marketing
channels with a focus on sportswear and fanwear
● Execute apparel and product design work from concept, research, and layout through
final production-ready files
● Support integrated campaigns by creating brand-aligned visuals, layouts, and design
systems
● Create accurate, production-ready artwork for both digital use and physical products,
with strong attention to detail and consistency
● Collaborate closely with design leadership, the Marketing Director, and cross-functional
partners to translate creative direction into polished execution
● Manage a high volume of design output while balancing multiple projects and firm
deadlines in a fast-paced environment
● Develop and maintain a cohesive and repeatable visual system for social media and
marketing graphics
● Produce backend creative assets for social and marketing teams (not front-end posting
or account management)
● Coordinate with the production manager to ensure designs translate correctly to
garments, including color matching, materials, and print methods
● Participate in design reviews, workshops, and key milestones, contributing thoughtful
feedback and strong craftsmanship
● Stay current on sportswear, fanwear, and apparel design trends, tools, and production
techniques to continuously elevate output

Qualifications

● 2+ years of professional graphic design experience in a production-focused or brand
environment, with a strong portfolio
● Demonstrated experience designing for apparel, merchandise, or physical products
(sportswear or fanwear strongly preferred)
● Strong design fundamentals, including typography, layout, color, and composition
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
○ Proficiency in After Effects is a plus, but not required
● Experience preparing files for print or production; familiarity with apparel print methods is
a plus
● Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to receive and apply
feedback efficiently
● Ability to concept quickly (sketches, mood boards) and carry ideas through to final
execution
