Job description

This role will own change management and adoption (hypercare) for a newly launched AI-enabled product used across sales teams. While product managers build the features, this individual ensures launch success, user adoption, training, and ongoing support during the critical post-launch period.

Hypercare runs for approximately 60 days after launch, and this role will be fully accountable for driving adoption, identifying issues, and coordinating resolution.

Key Responsibilities
Change Management & Hypercare
Own end-to-end change management for new product launches, specifically:
User readiness
Process impact assessment
Adoption strategy
Lead the 60-day hypercare period post-launch:
Identify bugs, gaps, and process breakdowns
Partner with business units and product teams to drive resolution
Act as the primary owner of adoption (not escalating everything upstream)
Training & Enablement
Oversee training programs for new and existing tools:
Salesforce
PeopleSoft
Internal tools
Office hours and ongoing enablement
Work closely with HR and Training teams to:
Automate training processes where possible
Streamline onboarding and system education
Automation & Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to automate workflows tied to:
HR systems
Training delivery
Internal tooling and processes
Focus on execution and outcomes - how to get things done, not just identifying issues
