Summary : WR has an opportunity for a Program Manager, Principal to lead the coordinated management of interdependent and related projects while supporting ongoing operations and driving business growth. This individual will play a key role in aligning project goals with strategic objectives and ensuring successful execution across cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following :
- Collaborate with Project Managers to monitor cost, schedule, and technical performance of component projects and operations, while working to ensure the ultimate success of the program.
- Responsible for determining and coordinating shared resources to the overall benefit of the program and will often be responsible for stakeholder management, particularly stakeholder's external to the organization such as customers, and subcontractors.
- Oversee the preparation of proposals, plans, specifications, and contract financials.
- Maintain current revenue objectives as well as contribution to organic growth.
- Support Business Development efforts, contract pricing models to support objectives in contract.
- Drive organic growth by leveraging our current book of business and relationships.
- Resolve program-level issues and drive internal alignment.
- Serve as Capture Manager for strategic opportunities, supporting proposal strategy and technical direction.
- Represent WR in the development of strategic partnerships and expanded capabilities.
