Your role as a FINANCIAL CONTROLLER :

As our Full-Time Financial Controller, your day will be an exhilarating mix of numbers and insights! You'll dive into payment processing, ensuring our financial operations run smoothly while updating our CRM system to reflect our ever-evolving customer relationships. QuickBooks data entry will become second nature as you meticulously maintain our financial records.

You'll also be responsible for generating daily and weekly reporting, allowing us to stay ahead of the game. What you need to be successful

To thrive as our Full-Time Financial Controller, you'll need a robust foundation in accounting principles, paired with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (a Master's degree or CPA / CMA certification is a cherry on top!). With at least 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, including 2 years in a leadership role, we are looking for someone with an in-depth knowledge of accounting standards like GAAP and IFRS. Your mastery of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, combined with proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP, will be vital. Exceptional analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and a knack for problem-solving will set you apart. Strong leadership qualities, effective communication, and the ability to thrive in our dynamic, fast-paced environment will ensure your success in this exciting role!
