Responsibilities:
Managing both inbound and outbound calls in a courteous, and professional manner
Complete data entry tasks for various departments
Provide customer service to voters, election workers, candidates, county department, and other agencies including answering questions regarding process, procedures, and general information
Prepare written correspondence as needed
Maintain various department records both electronically and physically
Acts as coordinator of various teams and departments
Coordinate the flow of information interdepartmentally
Resolve issues and provide customer service as needed
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Previous Administrative/Clerical experience preferred
Education:
High School
Experience:
0-1 years
Qualifications:
Intermediate/advanced computer skills including knowledge of word, excel, and microsoft
Have basic knowledge with office equipment (fax machine, scanner, copy machine, etc.)
Experience with a 10-key
Ability to perform daily clerical tasks
Ability to follow direction and work independently with minimal direction
Proficient in clear, effective, and professional communication across verbal, written, and electronic formats
Proficiency in executing routine and repetitive tasks with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail over extended periods
Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
Ability to learn and retain information quickly
Capacity to work for prolonged periods, whether seated or standing
Detail oriented
Ability to apply policies and guidelines
