Project Coordinator
As a highly respected Sign and Print Company we are looking for a very organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As the main point of contact you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and profitability of our projects. This is an on-site position.
The Project Coordinator is primarily responsible for facilitating effective communication and coordination between multiple departments, sister companies, clients, vendors, and installers. You will oversee your projects from initial client engagement to final delivery, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Project Coordinator Job Duties:
- Support Project Management with accessing and reviewing drawings and project pricing details.
- Management of customers and orders.
- Creation and management of sales orders.
- Creation and submission of PO's for approval.
- Release work orders after reviewed and submitted by PM.
- Vendor invoice processing after reviewed and submitted by PM.
- Customer invoice processing after reviewed and submitted by PM.
- Review and support during month end financial close.
- Invoice forecasting management.
- Actively participate on continuous improvement teams within the business.
Project Coordinator Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in project coordination or a related role, preferably in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen eye to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to build effective relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and accounting software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ideally have experience in the commercial digital printing industry.
