Position Description
Designs, implements and manages an assigned program. Typical duties can include but are not limited to : Identify funding opportunities, conduct program assessments, prepare program reports, oversee and manage program marketing and communications, manage program databases, supervise program staff, plan research activities, coordinate program events, participate in strategic planning, manage program files, establish program standards and objectives, direct logistical activities to promote the success of programs, develop and implement project timelines and ensures deadlines are met, oversee program budget, ensure goals and objectives of grants are met, assists in proposal writing, comply and analyze program statistics.

Major / Essential Functions
The Program Manager oversees the daily operations of multiple telehealth initiatives, ensuring projects are executed effectively and aligned with strategic goals. This role requires up-to-date knowledge of telehealth regulations, policies, licensure, credentialing, and reimbursement frameworks in order to deliver accurate training and technical assistance. The Program Manager also plays a central role in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of all Project ECHO activities, providing leadership across day-to-day functions to support program fidelity and continuous improvement.
Major / Essential Functions Include :
- Respond to technical assistance (TA) queries related to telehealth.
- Develop and refine telehealth / telemedicine outreach and educational support materials.
- Provide competency-based training through the Frontiers in Telemedicine Training Academy.
- Develop content to maintain an up-to-date website with telehealth resources linking to the TexLa and National Consortium of Telehealth Resource Centers website.
- Disseminate information on the role of telehealth, the surge in adoption, and the role of the TRCs via video / webinars / publications.
- Host various presentations, including for the National TRC Webinar Series.
- Plan, implement, and oversee Project ECHO sessions.
- Liaise and promote ECHO participation and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, community partners, funders, and health professionals.
- Oversee and participate in iECHO data organization, entry, and resource management, including
gathering evaluation data related to the specific ECHO session.
