HDR is looking for a Utility Management Project Manager to join our North Carolina Water Business Group's Utility Management Services business class. This position will collaborate with and leverage HDR staff across the company to develop solutions for our clients. The primary duties of this position include pursuing, planning, managing, and delivering all aspects of Utility Management Services and Owner's Advisor projects.
Primary responsibilities include :
- Provide project leadership including planning, contract administration and management, technical consulting, design reviews, and subcontract management.
- Collaborate with HDR operations leaders, market sector directors, project managers, and project teams to deliver world class quality in project-related services.
- Participate in client relationship management, client presentations and conference presentations. Actively engage with the local project teams to pursue new work, assisting in go / no-go discussions, project risk assessments, statements of qualifications, proposals, interviews, and negotiations as required.
- Participate in scope, schedule, and budget development for Utility Management Services projects.
- Mentor and develop other employees.
- Perform other duties as needed.
