Job description
A company is looking for a Proposal Manager responsible for managing all aspects of the proposal process from pre-RFP through submission to optimize best chances for contract award.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborates with the proposal team to develop responses to government RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs
Manages and coordinates individual proposal efforts, including content editing and compliance review
Acts as the primary point of contact for assigned proposals, coordinating meetings and developing proposal schedules
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Management or a related discipline
Four years of relevant work experience in federal government or contracting may substitute for the degree
Three years of proposal coordination or support experience, particularly with DoD RFPs
Ability to obtain an Active Secret clearance if necessary
Experience with desktop editing tools such as MS Suite, Excel, and Adobe
