About the role
At Ripple Fiber, were expanding rapidly and building high-performing, motivated, and customer-focused sales teams. We specialize in providing top-tier services to residential customers through face-to-face, door-to-door (D2D) engagement. Were seeking a dynamic Recruiter whos passionate about connecting with people and thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
The Sales Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified door-to-door sales agents to support our growing sales initiatives. This individual will partner closely with the HR and Sales teams to meet aggressive hiring goals, while ensuring candidates are aligned with our culture, values, and expectations of high-performance field sales roles.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for high-volume D2D sales agent hiring
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, hiring events, and community outreach
- Conduct phone screens, video interviews, and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates experience, motivation, and communication skills
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from initial contact to offer stage
- Maintain accurate and timely candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to understand hiring needs and scheduling availability for interviews
- Host hiring events, open houses, and group interviews as needed
- Attend job fairs, career expos, and industry networking events to proactively source candidates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local colleges, universities, trade schools, and community organizations to establish a reliable pipeline of entry-level and experienced sales talent
- Assist in onboarding processes to ensure a seamless handoff from recruitment to training
- Track hiring metrics and report weekly on candidate pipeline, hires, and recruitment initiatives
- Maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

This individual must be able to work out of our Charlotte HQ office.
