Accounts range from small to mid-sized groups, typically 50-300 lives with some reaching 500 ees.
Duties & Responsibilities

- Marketing cases and helping with renewals
- Daily customer service requests
- Employee meetings
- Renewal prep and marketing
- Client engaging responsibilities including discussions (phone and in-person) to review coverage, pricing, enrollments, and more
