Basic knowledge of and ability to grasp technology related terminology and concepts. Experience developing policies, procedures, and training. Experience using workplace e-learning tools. Experience using Microsoft Word. ITIL knowledge or certification. Experience using Articulate to develop workplace e-learning. Experience with training design and development. The preferred candidate will have 7 years of experience.
Job Description :
- This position will support the IT Business Transformation Analyst in the design and development of policies, procedures, and overarching training for Information Technology staff.
- The primary focus of this position will be on the Software Development Life Cycle and the adaption of the ITIL v3 Service Lifecycle's five stages and included service management processes.
- In addition to developing new training materials, the position will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of existing training and updates as needed.
- Position will be responsible for developing e-learning modules.
- The selected candidate(s) will work directly with IT staff to understand their needs and develop training materials for their use and for the onboarding of new IT staff.
